and I saw an ad that said pot harms the environment!

This article is wrong in so many ways. The thing that really irks me is one of their last statements " Often, tons of trash and high concentrations of human waste are left behind by smugglers" What the hell do they think those massive landfills and whatnot are doing? What about all the pollutants caused by US warmongering and capitalism.
Maybe there statements would hold up to scrutiny if their country was not always grabbing for more and more money at the expense of the environment..

People have been destroying forest and whatnot for all sorts of farm land. I think it is typical of the media to only show you half the facts and only if they suit the needs of what they are trying to get you to believe. I think every person has the ability to say yes or no and make their own choices. What your website has done is take ambiguous information and twist it to suite your needs site also talks about teen pregnancy going up due to marijuana, the way the article comes across is that teens who take pot have a higher chance of trying more risque things. Well no doubt, curious minds what to experience things for themselves and not believe what the media, government, and third party agencies tell them. I know more people that smoke pot and enjoy life a lot more than people who don't smoke it .. The people who don't smoke it are stressed out, and or depressed. That's the thing about the Internet is the wealth of information .. Most of it Incorrect. Everyone has bad stories about what a certain thing did to a friend of theirs.. But I have news for you.. Its your friends fault .. If they are not able to recognize what is good and bad for themselves, and live with that decision.. Then they don't deserve to live or experience the things that others enjoy.. Think of all the industry and motorvehicles operating in the US. Why don't you concentrate on things that are RAPIDLY destroying the world rather than concentrating on a little plant that has been around for a hell of a lot longer than any of your false ideals on the subject.. The Emperor of china used it and many societies recognize the Good in the little plant.. They don't make a mountain out of a mole hill.. If you want to bash drugs.. Bash something that is chemically produced and not readily growable in any garden around the world.. I have nothing but contempt for your website"
