Premier of the Lawn Gnomes.. who coincidentaly LOOKS like a Lawn Gnome

Is it just me or does Ralph Klien look like he should be adorning someones lawn in a littl red hat with a Blue coat and a white beard.. with a bottle of Pixie Brew grasped tightly in his hand?
