Customers ..
In a capitalist society, everyone is a customer .. at least someone who potententialy will give you money for standard or substandard service..

Is it so hard nowadays to provide excellent customer service? i'll tell you, it's all the jerks!

Is it so hard for customers to realize that it is not the person on the other end of the phone is not the person you have a problem with. Be nice to them, they can hang up on you at any time, and aggrivate you even more. Why scream at someone who is here to help you.


I don't see why people are so god-damn aggrivated all the time..
